Aluminium Powders, Atomised

High-purity aluminium ingot is melted and sprayed with compressed air to form powder, then screened from granular to superfine dust. The particles are irregular in shape. Grades are cut by sieve analysis to suit the application; custom cuts are available.

Used in

  • Ferro alloys, foundry and thermit welding
  • Brake linings, refractories, chemicals
  • Slurry explosives and ammunition
  • Pigments, adhesives and powder metallurgy
